Organizing of a
Health and Safety:
Organizing is the second Step in the Management Cycle. It
requires an infrastructure, with detailed responsibilities and relationships,
in order to deliver organizational goals.
The following key points are generally accepted about
organization:
- Organizations are created by people and populated by people;
- Organizational success is dependent upon individuals working towards common goals in a co- ordinated and controlled manner;
- Informal groups and structures are often as important as formal structures.
